If you're a Perpetual Energy customer but didn't sign a gas sale agreement or are using energy without contacting us to setup an account, then you will be placed on the standard retail contract for your location. The standard retail contract is a plan with terms and conditions that are governed by the Australian Energy Regulator.

Other fees and charges relating to your energy supply may be applicable under this Standard Retail Contract. The Standing Offer Fee Schedule describes these when these fees and charges may apply. We will advise you of any pass-through amount or unlisted fees at the time you make a relevant request. For example, when we arrange on your behalf for a service to be performed by the Distributor (who is responsible for the gas pipes and meters in your area).
